These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products and services offered by Ana Gago Hairsalon.
Booking conditions
Appointments are confirmed via WhatsApp or the contact form on the website. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Products
Products shown on this website are subject to availability and all prices include VAT. There is no online payment: products are reserved on WhatsApp and paid for at the salon on collection.
Delivery
Physical products are shipped to Spain, European Union countries and the United States. The order and delivery times are confirmed via WhatsApp before payment. For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are paid by the buyer.
Returns and refunds
Purchases are made in person at the salon, so this is not a distance sale. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@anagagohairsalon.com.
