About Ana Gago Hair Salon
Ana Gago trained at Miguel Griñó, the award-winning best hairdressing school in Europe, where she learned to cut hair using the Pivot Point method (geometry applied to hair cutting). Her specialities include cuts, organic straightening and the creation of customised highlights and colours, tailored to each client's needs.

The finish I use in the salon for that clean shine without greasiness. A few drops are enough — it protects from heat and the result lasts all day.

Perfect for those who want extra hydration without complicated steps. I apply it to damp hair before drying and the result is defined, frizz-free hair with no residue.

Where is Ana Gago Hair Salon?
At Carrer de Diputació 410, in the Eixample neighbourhood of Barcelona, 5 minutes from Sagrada Família and close to Plaza Tetuan. Recommended metro: Sagrada Família (L2/L5) or Girona (L4).
How much does a balayage cost in Barcelona?
A full balayage (balayage, babylight or airtouch) starts from 160 euros. Classic or partial highlights start from 120 euros. The final price depends on hair length and density.
Are you balayage specialists in Barcelona?
Yes. We specialise in blonde, brunette and fantasy balayage using the manual French technique. It is one of the most requested services at our Eixample salon.
Do you offer formaldehyde-free straightening?
Yes. We carry out organic straightening without formaldehyde, with smooth, shiny, frizz-free results that last for months. It is compatible with coloured hair. From 150 euros depending on length.
I have frizz but don't want to lose my natural shape — what do you recommend?
Hair botox deeply moisturises the fibre and reduces frizz without stretching your natural curl or wave. It usually lasts 2 to 4 months. From 115 euros.
Do you speak English? Parlez-vous français?
Yes. We work in English, Spanish and Catalan, and we can also assist French-speaking clients.
How long does a colour or highlights appointment take?
As a reference: partial highlights 2 hours, full balayage between 3 and 4 hours, and colour corrections may require more time. We will guide you when you book.
Do you carry out a diagnosis before the service?
Yes. Before we begin we carry out a personalised diagnosis of your base colour, chemical history and fibre condition to recommend the best technique, tone and at-home care.
What payment methods do you accept?
In the salon we accept card and cash. In the online shop, payment is processed securely via Stripe.
What is your appointment change or cancellation policy?
If you need to change your appointment, please let us know in advance by WhatsApp or phone so we can reorganise the schedule and offer you the next available slot.
Do you cut children's hair?
Yes. We also offer children's haircuts with adapted timing and a friendly approach. If it is their first visit, please mention it when booking so we can prepare the appointment calmly.
Do you have products to maintain the result at home?
Yes. In the salon and in the online shop we recommend products tailored to your service to extend shine, softness and the longevity of your result.
